I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the beautiful nearby Officer Scott Winters Park and the delightful dining options just a short stroll away at places like La Sirenuse, making my weekend in the city both relaxing and enjoyable.

The warm, soothing colors throughout the hotel created a relaxing ambiance that felt welcoming after a long day on the beach. The lovely decor gave me a sense of nostalgia and comfort, like visiting an old friend.

Better lighting near entrances and in closets.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like 24-hour reception, a heated swimming pool, and a fitness center. The staff helped me with local info on my first stay, which I still remember. Highly recommend! I'll be back for a holiday.

Perfect for a Family Getaway

I spent three nights with my family and the room was comfortable with a great view of the sea. And we really enjoyed the warm pool area. The staff were attentive, umbrellas, towels, you name it.

It wasn’t exactly cheap. but the overall experience made it worth it.

Dated rooms had small bathrooms, but the ocean view was beautiful.

I had a delightful time at this charming hotel! The Bay View room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. I particularly enjoyed the large pool and friendly staff who were always ready to help. However, I wish the bar would stay open a bit later for evening drinks.

The Standard Double Room was super spacious and sparkling clean. It had a nice-sized balcony, a fridge, and a microwave, which was great for snacks. The view from the room was nice too. The furniture was pretty basic, but overall, it felt comfortable enough. The large pool and beach access were just steps away, which was a huge plus.

The bathtub exhibited plumbing issues with a slow drain, and minor amenities like a hair dryer were lacking. While the bar closes early, I felt the pricing approach for early check-in was excessive considering the room rate. Security concerns arose during late hours with no presence at the front desk.

i had a great stay at sea view! the rooms were very nicely decorated, and the location was super convenient, especially for a day at bal harbour. the beach assistants were really friendly and helped set up everything we needed. i also loved the pool area, it's such a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
